Our history

Winemaker for 4 generations.

Hervé uses his know-how to bring the authenticity, elegance and taste of Champagne

with his wife Florence GOBILLARD.

​

Today Pierre-Alexis and Chloé GOBILLARD, their children have joined the business in order to perpetuate the style of the GOBILLARD house.

The vineyard

The estate is located in Hautvillers, the cradle of Champagne, where the monk Dom Pérignon lived.

 

Our vines extend over Hautvillers and Cumières, we cultivate the three grape varieties: Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

Our Champagnes

Freshness and elegance are the hallmarks of our Champagnes, which are produced in accordance with the Champagne tradition.
